| One of the earliest 190SL’s to leave the factory, this SL was delivered new in Germany and subsequently found its way to Mercedes-Benz Classic Center. While in the stewardship of Classic Center, Rennkit components were fitted, including lightweight doors, rollbar, scooped hood, cutdown windscreen and more. Amenities and comforts, such as a radio and bumpers have been foregone in the interest of weight savings as found in 1955. Painted in 300SL red with a tartan gabardine interior, this Mercedes-Benz is outfitted to be a wonderfully-period correct racing example.
