1955 190SLR

The second Mercedes Benz 190SLR, which is also a 1955 was turned into this race spec by Mercedes Benz Classic Center. Before the intense restoration the vehicle was owned by actor Patrick Dempsey. When Mercedes Benz Classic decided to do this restoration, they took a 190SL and turned it into an SLR which is race spec. The light green exterior, has a green tartan checkered interior. As there are only a handful of this model due to it being a tribute to racing prepared vehicles.

There are many differences between the 190SL and the 190SLR. Some things that are different consist of:

-Upgraded carburetors & exhaust (race prep)

-Shaved Bumper Trim

-Cut Down Windshields

-Roll Bars

-Fuel Cell System 

-Sport Suspension
